Listening to Ruta about a rebrand and next steps (merging miro, wireframes)
☑️ Sketched a value proposition with key benefits for the customer
☑️ Planning
☑️ Mapped customer problems and desired change (feelings, habits, skills)
☑️ Narrowed down to a specific problem and solution
☑️ Identified 4 personas
☑️ Started mapping customer journeys
☑️ Chosen a Spartan font as a Primary Font
☑️ Looked up several Google Fonts that works for both, Lithuanian and English (as in a link)
☑️ Choosen brand colors of Purple and Green
☑️ Explored shades of purple, green, pink, orange as in a palette attached
☑️ Registered ogiziu.com and ogiziu.lt
☑️ Brainstormed other names that express an a-ha or awe moment like "oh-uh-ah.com", "eiei.lt", "ogi-ziu.com", "oziu.com", "obaziu", ...
☑️ I walked in the forest and spent time thinking if the new name is the right one.
I imagine a new brand name to be used in conversations between friends to mark a social change moment, when friends are creating instead of consuming; also creating slowly instead of rushing to burnout:
-"What's up?"
-"ogiziu, I slow down, I rest, I create"
More files to be uploaded to Google Drive...
☑️ I discovered a new brand name "ogiziu" which in lithuanian is in fact a sentence "ogi, žiū" that means a surprise moment, a micro observation moment when creative thought enters the mind, such micro moments make a life easier
☑️ I registered an Instagram account
☑️ Preparing for wireframing: Organising my thoughts on Miro into a Moodboard
Listening to Ruta's progress and next steps:
"Updates from last week on Miro: name and logo meaning, ...
Course Outline: The steps on Miro on how she creates her course now.
Ideas:
-
Let's create a diary! with Templates for doing our courses (how to create brands, wireframes, etc).
-
Brand Universes with creatures living on websites and designing websites (wireframes) as comics!
Persona: For people worldwide wanting to quit their jobs and have their own business OR a past self (marketer) who wants to start a biz while learning to connect with the heart and learning web design.
Next steps: Website concept as comics, wireframes, course outline (with backgrounds/outfits)."
Ruta reviewing Malu's course intro video and asking Malu who is the persona and what's their problem with the design; listening to Malu's course ideas and next steps. Here's the synthesis:
"Plan:
-
Launch a project-based course “Earth Brief” by end of May.
-
Rejoin Instagram and start sharing real Earth Briefs once a week from April. Design challenge on social media called “The Earth Brief” for designers to create real designs (logo, etc) as if Earth is the client and share designs publicly on Instagram with a hashtag and tag IC, each week is a specific topic related to Earth needs.
Persona: Visual design professional wanting for a personal change and to train themselves to design for Earth as a client.
Next steps:
-
Script and chapters/outline for course based on Persona conversations from last year.
-
(Then record new video with funky background/clothes the week after)."
☑️ I recorded 2 lessons:
-
one about Business Ideas from Zero (Heart + World Needs)
-
one about how easy it is to update a website with Elementor
☑️ I realised that: I want to have a structure for background colors and outfit colours before I record. Background for each lesson should match a mood and a stage in a Customer Journey.
☑️ Made a creative landing page with Elementor for a new product
☑️ After thinking on my own, discussing domain name ideas with Mindey and Malu, I decided to use "2kokono.com" in english as a primary domain, which allows to clearly differentiate target audiences and offerings: 2kokono.com is for self-realisation services and kokono.ie is for business services
☑️ Explained the name "2kokono" meaning and the background story with links on Miro
☑️ Added a transparent background to the logo
☑️ Explained logo meaning
I permit my concept of Verpete expressed as a visual logo to be used by 2kokono project

Listening to Malu's purpose and goals:
"ICreador is a business helping people to start a real business, a place for solopreneurs to learn how to organise ideas, files, emotions.
IC media lab is for fun and free exploration. It would give money/grants to migrants who do creative projects.

Goal: 12 coaching clients by May-Oct, 1000$ = 1000/12=100$ per client, first programme by June, WOW experience and customer focus! When a website is ready, go and offer workshops in real schools!"
